RETURN POLICY
To maintain our competitive wholesale pricing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for unsold inventory, "change of mind," or items that do not fit your specific retail needs.
DEFECTS & SHORTAGES
We take pride in our quality control, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Notification: You must report any manufacturer defects or shipping shortages within one (1) week (7 days) of receiving your order.

Contact: Email john.lafiery@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged merchandise.

Authorization: No returns will be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
