PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We ship all orders via UPS or FedEx to ensure reliable tracking and delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions of the package, and the delivery destination.

SHIPPING TERMS (F.O.B. LOS ANGELES)

All shipments are sent F.O.B. Shipping Point from our Los Angeles warehouse. La Fiery Inc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been picked up by the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local brokerage fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
